Q2: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.

Q3. Can you explain in detail how you match cells for a battery pack before you assembling the pack?

A: We will do the following things before assembling the pack:

   a. Select capacity, same capacities cells for one pack

   b.  Measure the voltage, same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02v per cell)

   c.  Measure the inner resistance,same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm)

  All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.

Q4: How about you payment and delivery items?

A: Payment items: By T/T, 30% for deposit, and balance all before shipment. For small amount, we also accept payment via Alipay,PayPal, Western Union.

Q5.Can I have a sample order?

A: Yes, samples orders are welcome.We can offer free samples if the quantity not above 3 pcs, you only need to pay the shipping cost.

Q6: How to solve the quality problems after sales?

(1) Take photos & videos of the problems and send to us.

(2) Send back the physical problem battery by express to us.

(3) Engineer will analyze the defective battery within 2 working day.

(4) 1 Year Warranty after leaving our factory, our defect rate is under 1%,we'll repaired or replaced the battery for free if non-human factor quality problems be confirmed.

Q7: How's your lead time?

A: 2-5 days for sample, 10-25 days for large quantity.

 Q8: What kind of certificates could you provide for these batteries?

 A: We have UL,CE,CB,KC,MSDS,UN38.3 for most our current model, if It's custom-making design, usually no current certificates, we could apply for you if you need, but the related fees should be paid by your side, and if your order is big enough, certificate fees can be refunded.

Q9: Can your factory print our logo/brand on the product?

A: Yes, and we will do this free of charge if the order quantity is big enough, please contact us for more details.
